You will receive a personally designed daily session for you to do at home or a few times a week which suits your body and/or goals and also regular follow up tailored yoga sessions, advice on well-being, nutrition and resources to help you. In a general sense, we can address things like weight loss, toning certain muscle groups post injury or just generally, relaxation techniques, meditation practices which suit your mind activity, whatever your personal goal is we can discuss the possibilities. It is also ideal for addressing specific physical or emotional limitations which present themselves to you and perhaps a general class is not enough for you at present.
